Notice is hereby given that Stan Perkins, Agent for Samuel Kopelman has made an application to the Savannah Zoning Board of Appeals for the following:
The Petitioner requests the following three variances in association with the construction of an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in the TN-1 zoning district:
1. To allow the building footprint of the ADU to exceed 40% of the primary dwelling;
2. To reduce the western side yard setback of the ADU;
3. To reduce the eastern side yard setback of the ADU.
