NOTICE OF ZONING PETITION
Notice is hereby given that The Savannah Downtown Historic District Board of Review will convene a zoning hearing regarding a special exception of the property described below on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in Arthur A. Mendonsa Hearing Room at 112 E. State Street, Savannah, GA and via digital meeting platform at www.thempc.org.
Petition of Ruben Ramos, the Agent for Arthur Haeussler and Maryann Vinci, the Property Owners, for a special exception for a property located at 24 E Liberty St, Unit 11 (PIN 20015 29049). The after-the-fact request is to retain the use of prohibited material for windows under Sec. 7.8.10.h.2.b.i of the Ordinance. The subject Property is within the D-CBD (Downtown Central Business District) zoning district (26-002802-ZA).
Public Comment Allowed: Anyone whose interest of property rights may be affected by the proposed changes may appear at that time, may be heard, and may submit evidence, including written comments.
