Mendonsa Hearing Room at 112 E. State Street, Savannah, GA and via digital meeting platform at www.thempc.org.   Petition of Ruben Ramos, the Agent for Arthur Haeussler and Maryann Vinci, the Property Owners, for a special exception for a property located at 24 E Liberty St, Unit 11 (PIN 20015 29049). The after-the-fact request is to retain the use of prohibited material for windows under Sec. 7.8.10.h.2.b.i of the Ordinance.
