Notice is hereby given that Kaveh Malakuti & Veronique Larue has made an application to the Metropolitan Planning Commission for the following:
The Petitioner requests the following variances to a General Development Plan to allow the existing parcel to be subdivided into two residential lots while maintaining the existing dwelling on one lot and creating a buildable vacant lot for future residential development.
1. Lot A: variances to reduce the minimum lot area by 500 feet and reduce the lot width by 10 feet;
2. Lot B: variances to reduce the minimum lot area by 1,000 sq ft and reduce the lot width by 10 feet.
