NOTICE OF INTENT TO VOLUNTARILY DISSOLVE A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (REQUEST FOR CLAIMS)   Notice is given that a Statement of Commencement of Winding Up for Shadburn Studios, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, with its registered office at 1501 Crossgate Road, Port Wentworth, Georgia, 31407, has been delivered to the Georgia Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Limited Liability Company Act.   Any party with any claim against Shadburn Studios, LLC may present any such claim to C. David Lumsden, Esq. at Berman Fink Van Horn P.C. at 3475 Piedmont Road NE, Suite 1640, Atlanta, GA 30305. Any such notice of claim should include: (i) the name and address of the party making the claim, (ii) the basis for the claim, (iii) the date or dates the claim arose, (iv) the amount sought for the claim, and (iv) other material details of the claim helpful for the consideration of the claim.   Notice is given that, except for claims that are contingent at the time of the filing of, or that arise after the filing of, the Statement of Commencement of Winding Up, a claim against Shadburn Studios, LLC not otherwise barred will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within two years after the publication of this notice and request for claims.
