VILLAGE OF EDWARDSBURG CASS COUNTY, MICHIGAN NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION TO: THE RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF THE VILLAGE OF EDWARDSBURG, ONTWA TOWNSHIP, CASS COUNTY, MICHIGAN, AND ANY OTHER INTERESTED PERSON: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the following is a summary of an Ordinance for the Village Planning Commission, which was adopted by the Edwardsburg Village Council at a regular meeting held on September 15, 2025. A summary of the ordinance follows: An ordinance for purpose of authorizing and regulating the operation of Off-Road Vehicles (ORVs) on designated streets/alleys in the VILLAGE OF EDWARDSBURG, for the purpose of providing penalties for the violation thereof, and for the distribution of public funds resulting from those penalties pursuant to 2008 PA240, MCL 324.81131. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after publication following adoption.
