Legal Notice VERIFIED JOINT PETITION OF NORTHERN INDIANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY LLC ("NIPSCO") and NIPSCO GENERATION LLC ("genco") FOR APPROVAL OF (1) a CUSTOMER-SPECIFIC CONTRACT BETWEEN NIPSCO AND DATA CENTER CUSTOMER #2" ("CUSTOMER") pursuant to ind. code §§ 8-1-2-24 AND 8-1-2-25; (2) a POWER PURCHASE agreement between nipsco and genco; AND (3) alternative regulatory plans for both nipsco and genco pursuant to IND. CODE §§ 8-1-2.5-5 and 8-1-2.5-6. Notice is hereby given that on April 16, 2026, NIPSCO and GenCo filed a Joint Petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission ("Commission") in Cause No. 46393 for approval of a Customer-Specific Contract by and between NIPSCO and Customer, pursuant to Ind. Code §§ 8-1-2-24 and 8-1-2-25; approval of a Power Purchase Agreement by and between NIPSCO and GenCo; and approval of alternative regulatory plans for both NIPSCO and GenCo pursuant to Ind. Code §§ 8-1-2.5-5 and 8-1-2.5-6. A copy of the Verified Petition and other submissions in this proceeding are on file with the Commission, PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204.
