Public Notice

Public Notice Saint Joseph County, located at 227 West Jefferson Blvd, South Bend, Indiana 46614, intends to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) INRA00000. This permit authorizes the discharge of stormwater from construction activities associated with the Pierce Road Reconstruction Phase I Project, located on Pierce Road and Juniper Road, east of US 31. Stormwater runoff from the project site will drain into proposed storm sewers that ultimately discharge to the Bunch Ditch East Branch through an unnamed tributary.
