PUBLIC NOTICE   NOTICE OF HEARING   BEFORE THE COUNTY COUNCIL   OF WICOMICO COUNTY, MARYLAND   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in compliance with Chapter 22 of the Wicomico County Code and the Local Government Article, Section 10-312, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, that the County Council of Wicomico County, Maryland will hear public comments on the following proposed Resolution at their regular meeting in the County Council Chambers, Government Office Building in Salisbury, Maryland, on:   TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2025 Commencing at 10:00 a.m.   The County Council proposes to enter into a License Agreement with Wicomico Equestrain Club, Ltd. for the use of the Wicomico Park Carriage House building, and the Wicomico Equestrain Center: including the Devon ring, grass rings, sand ring, PA system, office, roadway, main barn and the remaining grounds including old barn.   The above-described property is to be leased for a term of five (5) years, commencing January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2030. The annual rental rate shall be $20,000.
