PUBLIC NOTICE   NOTICE OF HEARING   BEFORE THE COUNTY COUNCIL   OF WICOMICO COUNTY, MARYLAND   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in compliance with Chapter 22 of the Wicomico County Code and the Local Government Article, Section 10-312, of the Annotated Code of Maryland, that the County Council of Wicomico County, Maryland will hear public comments on the following proposed Resolution at their regular meeting in the County Council Chambers, Government Office Building in Salisbury, Maryland, on:   TUESDAY, OCTOBER 21, 2025 Commencing at 10:00 a.m.   The County Council proposes to enter into an Operating and Space Use Lease Agreement with American Airlines, Inc., in which American Airlines, Inc. proposes to lease 2,236 square feet for ticket counter and office space in the terminal building at the Salisbury-Ocean City: Wicomico Regional Airport.   The above-described property is to be leased for a term of five (5) years, commencing January 1, 2025 and ending on December 31, 2029, with two five-year renewal options, at the annual rental rate of $57,487.56, adjusted annually by the Consumer Price Index-All Urban Consumers.   WICOMICO COUNTY, MARYLAND   BY: Laura Hurley, Council Administrator 10/1/2025, 10/7/2025, 10/14/2025
