Letter of Interest for the Syringe Service Program   The Wicomico County Health Department on behalf of the Syringe Service Program is looking to partner with Pharmacies in Wicomico County to safely distribute syringes to the community.   Any pharmacy interested in the program will need to provide the following in their Letter of Interest   • Quotes for 10 per pack of syringes to be offered free of charge up to one time per person, per month. • Chosen pharmacies will be asked to maintain a list of who syringe packages have been distributed to and provide the information to the Wicomico County Health Department monthly. • The Pharmacies will be asked to include educational resources and materials provided by the Wicomico County Health Department with the syringes each time they are distributed through our partnership.   Letters of Interest for this project should be sent to the Wicomico County Health Department, Seth T. Hurdle Building, 108 E Main Street, Room 216, Salisbury, Maryland 21801, to the attention of Hope Balam. The deadline for this Letter of Interest is Thursday, June 18, 2026.   The Wicomico County Health Department reserves the right to reject any Letters of Interest or waive any technicality it deems in the best interest of the agency. 6/7/2026 & 06/10/2026
