City of Soledad - Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Soledad will hold a Public Hearing at City Hall located at 248 Main Street, Soledad, CA on January 14, 2026 at 6 pm to consider the following matters: Reading, Adoption, and Read by Titile Only Ordinance No. 774, Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Soledad Amending the Downtown Specific Plan Section 2.0- Zones of Chapter 5.0- Development Code and Chapter 10.0- Definitions, to Establish Separate Veterinary Services and Animal Boarding Uses and to Conditionally Allow Small-Scale Veterinary Services in the Downtown Core District, Ordinance No. 776, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Soledad Amending Various Sections of Title 17-Zoning of the Soledad Municipal Code to Incorporate New Regulations Pertaining to Allowable Uses, Ordinance No. 777, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Soledad Amending Chapter 17.38.260- Secondary Residential Units of Title 17-Zoning of the Soledad Municipal Code and Ordinance No. 778, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Soledad Amending Chapter 17.39- Density Bonus of Title 17-Zoning of the Soledad Municipal Code to Incorporate New Regulations Pertaining to State Law and Implementation of the Soledad 6th Cycle Housing Element to City Council of the City of Soledad.
