NOTICE is hereby given that Michelle R. Miller, Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, will on July 7, 2026, at beginning at 8:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at https://www.stlucie.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

Said Parcel being described as follows: Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; Thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 46 seconds West along the South line of said Section 1 and the South line of said Government Lot 9, a distance of 156.57 feet to the Southeast corner of a parcel of Land known as Mariner Bay; Thence North 19 degrees 14 minutes 15 seconds West along the West right of way line of State Road A-1-A and the East boundary line of said Mariner Bay, a distance of 672.95 feet to the Northeast corner of said Mariner Bay; thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 42 seconds West along the North line of said Mariner Bay Parcel, a distance of 832.00 feet; thence South 00 degree 00 minute 00 second West, distance of 14.97 feet to the Point of Beginning; Continue South 00 degree 00 minute 00 second West, a distance of 85.02 feet; Thence North 89 degrees 56 minutes 37 seconds West, a distance of 41.00 feet; Thence North 00 degree 00 minute 00 second East, a distance of 84.98 feet; Thence South 90 degrees 00 minute 00 second East, a distance of 41.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said land situates within St. Lucie County, Florida.
