The project includes demolition of existing pump stations, installation of new pump houses, construction of a new concrete foundation and wet well at the South pump station, and integration of all electrical and irrigation control systems. The Proposer shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permitting, testing, commissioning, and related services necessary to deliver complete and operational systems in accordance with the project plans and specifications. All work shall comply with applicable codes and regulations, including the Florida Building Code and High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) requirements. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Sailfish Sands Golf Course, 2000 SE Saint Lucie Blvd, Stuart, FL 34996.
