Heirs and devisees of George Kiggins, deceased, et al, Civ. 49CIV25-002048, which Judgment and Decree of foreclosure in part directed a foreclosure sale of the following described real property in Minnehaha County, South Dakota: THE EAST 188 1/2 FEET OF THE WEST 246 1/2 FEET OF TRACT 89 OF NORTON TRACTS SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTH HALF (S1/2) OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 101 NORTH RANGE 49 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M. MINNEHAHA COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF. (aka 3018 N JESSICA AVE., SIOUX FALLS, SD 57104) Together with all improvements, easements, rights and appurtenances on or accruing to such property; NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that for the purpose of realizing the sum of $19,117.76 as of August 21, 2025, plus interest accruing thereafter on said amount at the rate of 11.20% per year together with the costs and expenses of sale, will be sold subject to redemption as provided by law as one parcel of land at public auction subject to the lien for unpaid real estate taxes and assessments of Minnehaha County, South Dakota, and easements and restrictions of record, to the highest bidder for cash, by the Sheriff of Minnehaha County, at the Minnehaha County Law Enforcement Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at the hour of 11:00 AM (CT) on March 11, 2026.
