NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The public will take notice that the City Council of Kings Mountain has called a public hearing regarding an application for rezoning and to consider a text amendment to the Kings Mountain Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). The hearing will take place at City Hall, 101 W. Gold Street, Kings Mountain, North Carolina in Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting. Proposed new amendments include: Z-26-2 An amendment to Revise Sidewalk Standards. Z-26-3 Rezone parcel 67752 from unzoned (N/A) to Auto-Urban Commercial (AU).
