To: Tracy Horne and unknown spouse, Danielle Dietrich, Theodore Swanson and Charles Swink and unknown spouse -Take notice that a civil action has been commenced seeking relief against you in the above-entitled action and notice of service of process by publication began on July 10th, 2025. The nature of the relief being sought is a Complaint that certain parcel of real property lying and being in Cleveland County, North Carolina and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron, said iron being the Northeastern most corner of Lot No. 63 and being a common corner at the edge of the right of way of Matthew Drive, and thence from said BEGINNING iron S. 54 deg. 45 min. 04 sec. W 304.37 feet to an iron; thence N. 36 deg. 59 min. W. 35.52 feet to an iron; thence N. 58 deg. 32 min. W. 88.85 feet to an iron; thence N. 2 deg. 36 min. W. 18.26 feet to an iron; thence N. 38 deg. 03 min. W. 82.34 feet to an iron; thence N. 42 deg. 11 min. 41 sec. E. 300.36 feet to an iron; thence S. 86 deg. 34 min. E. 152.84 feet to an iron; and thence at an area of 200.0 at a course of S. 12 deg. 03 min. E. 197.57 feet along the right of way margin of Matthew Drive to the point and place of BEGINNING, and containing 2.02 acres and being the full contents of Lot No. 64 as shown in Plat Book 16 at page 54 of the Green Meadows Estates.
You are required to make a defense to such pleading no later than November 4, 2025, and upon your failure to do so the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
