Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services
Cleveland County Water is a Sanitary District located in Cleveland County, North Carolina with over 22,000 active water service accounts and serving a population of approximately 60,000. Cleveland County Water is seeking professional engineering services consistent with North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 for Cleveland County Water and the Drinking Water System Resiliency Improvements Project to include the following scope of work:
Design, bidding, and construction oversight of a new 500,000 gallon elevated spheroid water tank, and installation of 13,500 feet of 12-inch waterline in the Casar area of Upper Cleveland County

Please limit your proposals to 10 pages (not including front or back covers, table of contents and cover letter). Awards will be given to the responsible and most qualified firm whose qualifications are aligned with Cleveland County Water project and strategic objectives. Evaluation and selection factors include:
