Cleveland County Water Drinking Water System Resiliency Improvements Project Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services Cleveland County Water is a Sanitary District located in Cleveland County, North Carolina with over 22,000 active water service accounts and serving a population of approximately 60,000. Cleveland County Water is seeking professional engineering services consistent with North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 for Cleveland County Water and the Drinking Water System Resiliency Improvements Project to include the following scope of work: Design, bidding, and construction oversight of a new 500,000 gallon elevated spheroid water tank, and installation of 13,500 feet of 12-inch waterline in the Casar area of Upper Cleveland County For a further description of work and the formal Request for Qualifications packet, please see the District's website at www.clevelandcountywater.com under the Finance/Purchasing tab on the left-hand side of the webpage.
