OFFICIAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT Clara Avenue and Julson Court Watermain Replacement and Extension Project Clara Avenue- S 7th Street / Julson Court- Wildwood Blvd Sheboygan Water Utility Project Number 25033-1 Sheboygan, Wisconsin OWNER: The Sheboygan Water Utility, acting through its Commission, hereby gives notice that sealed Bids will be received for Water Service Replacement project in the City of Sheboygan, Wisconsin. These locations consist of the installation of approximately: Clara Ave - 378 lineal feet of 8-inch and 22 lineal feet of 6-inch water main and associated water main appurtenances, Julson Ct – 592 lineal feet of 12-inch, 13 lineal feet of 10-inch, and 3 lineal feet of 6-inch water main and associated water main appurtenances. Substantial completion for this work is October 16th, 2026. TIME AND PLACE OF BID OPENING: Bids will be received until 1:30 PM Local Time on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026.
