Sealed bids will be received in the office of the Webster Parish School Food Service until 3:00 P.M., Thursday, June 11, 2026 for Fresh and Frozen foods, Milk and Milk products, Bread, Produce, and Kitchen Supplies, to be used in the school year September 8, 2026 through August 31, 2027.
Bids will be opened publicly in the Webster Parish School Food Service Office at 9:00 a.m. on June 15, 2026, and all bids received after the submission deadline will be returned unopened.

All questions regarding the bid shall be submitted in writing via the email or fax listed below no later than 4:00 p.m., CST, Wednesday, May 27, 2026. If needed, release of responses to written questions will be answered in the form of an addendum. Addendum will be sent to those bidders that requested a copy of the solicitation. Questions received after this date and time may not be accepted. Responses to submitted questions will be answered by 4:00 p.m., CST, Monday June 1, 2026.
No pre-bid meeting is scheduled. Attendance is not required for opening or bid award.
