PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Shreveport Charter Schools, Inc., a Louisiana non-profit corporation, is to be liquidated under court supervision, pursuant to authorization of its members, duly given, and order of the 1st Judicial District Court for the Parish of Caddo, and that Joseph Neary, with the assistance of counsel at Adams & Reese, LLP, who can be contacted at 701 Poydras St., Suite 4500, New Orleans, Louisiana 70139, has been duly appointed to serve as liquidator.
