REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RE Smith Construction Company, the Construction Manager, is soliciting bids from Qualified Subcontractors for the Willard East Elementary Storm Shelter project for the Willard School District at 518 Kime Street, Willard, MO 65781. The Construction Manager will accept sealed bid package proposals on November 13, 2025 by or before 2:00 pm. Bids will be received at the Willard Public School District, District Office 500 Kime Street, Willard, MO 65781. Sealed bids will be opened publicly and read aloud at 2:01 pm. A Pre-bid meeting will be held at the District Office on October 30, 2025 at 2:30pm.
