NOTICE OF INTENTION TO FILE PETITION TO CLOSE ROAD   Pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 57-9-10 of the CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, as amended, “Petition to Abandon or Close Street, Road or Highway”, Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will file a petition with the Court of Common Pleas for Spartanburg County praying that a section of an alleged road in the County of Spartanburg, South Carolina, described as follows, be abandoned or closed:   All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situated, lying and being in Spartanburg County, State of South Carolina, being a portion of Godfrey Town Road, and being more particularly shown as “Proposed Closure of Road Section,” containing 2.22 acres, more or less, on Survey of Road Right-of-way for City of Woodruff, by Glenn Associates Surveying, Inc., dated September 8, 2025, and recorded September 11, 2024, in Plat Book 188, page 37, Register of Deeds Office for Spartanburg County, South Carolina; being more particularly described as follows:   BEGINNING at the P.O.B.
