PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING and PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD PY 2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN NOTICE is given that Spartanburg County will make available the proposed allocations for the Program Year (PY) 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP) and that there will be a public hearing and public comment period to review and discuss the plan. The PY 2026 AAP outlines proposed projects and activities by the County's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs to address the identified priority needs and goals of the Consolidated Plan. The County is to receive $1,711,202 in CDBG funds, $666,207.33 in HOME funds, and $146,023 in ESG funds from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) for PY 2026, which will begin on July 1, 2026 and end on June 30, 2027.
