Norasinh Sivilay is requesting to have a Laotian New Year Celebration on May 1, 2026 from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM, May 2, 2026 from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM, and May 3, 2026 from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM. This event will be held at 470 Fox Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29302. The request for exlusion will be for an outdoor celebration with loud live music and dancing activities.
