Public Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the County Council of Union County, South Carolina (the "County"), at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in the Meeting Room located at 103 West Main Street, Union, South Carolina prior to the County's third reading of the proposed Ordinance titled as follows: "AN ORDINANCE TO DIRECT THE DISTRIBUTION OF CERTAIN FEES-IN-LIEU OF TAX RECEIVED AND RETAINED BY UNION COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA PURSUANT TO VARIOUS AGREEMENTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF JOINT COUNTY INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS PARKS, AND TO AMEND CERTAIN ORDINANCES OF THE COUNTY AND THE UNION COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES TO GIVE EFFECT TO SUCH DIRECTION; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO." At the public hearing, all taxpayers and residents of the County and any other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the Ordinance.
