By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Owen Court in Cause No. 60C02-2507-MF-000454, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AND ANY SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR MILL CITY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2019-GS2 was Plaintiff, and MARK E. COLE A/K/A MARK EDWARD COLE was/were De-fendant(s), requiring me to make the sum as provide for in said Decree, with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 10th day of March, 2026, at the hour of 10 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Owen County, Indiana, described as follows:
