6. Application for a temporary intoxicating liquor license for the Great River Children’s Museum to be used during a fundraising event at the museum on February 13, 2026.
7. Request to set the annual 2026 City Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting for April 15, 2026 at 2:30 PM in the city hall council chambers.
8. Resolution accepting and authorizing distribution of an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the Stearns County Justice Center in the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4, Section 13, Township 124 North, Range 29 W and the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4, Section 12, Township 124 North, Range 29 W. (Location: 7600 County Road 134)
9. Resolution Setting Public Hearing for March 9, 2026, to Consider Special Assessment Roll 1 for 2025 Public Improvements.
10. 22nd Street South from County Road 136 to Cooper Avenue South Improvements, Contract 2026-02, S.P. 162-153-003:
A. Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Authorizing Advertisement of Bids for 22nd Street South Improvements, Contract 2026-02.

Open Forum:
At this time, members of the public may address the council with questions/concerns/comments. Speakers will be limited to the first five St. Cloud residents who sign up. The Council members will not ask questions of the speakers, but rather refer the matter to the Administration with a request for a follow-up report, where applicable. Non-residents may address the Council only when there are not five St. Cloud residents participating in the open forum. Individuals who wish to speak at the Open Forum may register by contacting the City Clerk by noon of the meeting date by providing their name, address and subject matter. Individuals may not sign up more than one week prior to the council meeting. If time permits, after the registered speakers have spoken, the Council President may allow unregistered speakers to participate. Open Forum is limited to a total of 15 minutes. TIME LIMIT IS 3 MINUTES PER PERSON.
