Councilmember Brodeen request - Urban Chickens Open Forum: At this time, members of the public may address the council with questions/concerns/comments. Speakers will be limited to the first five St. Cloud residents who sign up. The Council members will not ask questions of the speakers, but rather refer the matter to the Administration with a request for a follow-up report, where applicable. Non-residents may address the Council only when there are not five St. Cloud residents participating in the open forum. Individuals who wish to speak at the Open Forum may register by contacting the City Clerk by noon of the meeting date by providing their name, address and subject matter. Individuals may not sign up more than one week prior to the council meeting. If time permits, after the registered speakers have spoken, the Council President may allow unregistered speakers to participate. Open Forum is limited to a total of 15 minutes.
