NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: TIME AND PLACE: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Sartell, Minnesota, will meet at City Hall in the City of Sartell, Minnesota, at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on July 27, 2026, to consider the construction of the following improvements, to wit: Southwest Water Transmission Main Improvements. NATURE OF IMPROVEMENT: The construction of a new water main along County Road 4 and County Road 133 from the Southwest Water Treatment Plant to Victory Avenue S. Improvements include the construction of a new water main, along with road and turf restoration improvements. The new water main is proposed to be completed in two phases: Phase 1 – 19th Avenue S. to Victory Avenue Phase 2 - Southwest Water Treatment Plant to 19th Avenue S. ESTIMATED COST: The total estimated cost of said improvements is $5,392,500 AREA PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED: The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements is as follows: Properties abutting and benefitting from the proposed improvements within the Southwest Water Transmission Main Improvements area as identified in the project Feasibility Study approved on June 22, 2026. AUTHORITY: The Council proposes to proceed under the authority granted by Chapter 429 M.S.A. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting. Written or oral objections will be considered.
