LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, Tamera Lynn Christensen, is a duly appointed and qualified Trustee of "The Christensen Protection Trust" dated April 9, 2026, which is a self-settled spendthrift trust, pursuant to Utah Code Section 75B-1-301 et seq. Austin Alan Christensen and Tamera Lynn Christensen, the Grantors of the trust, have transferred all of their ownership interest in ATC Land & Livestock LLC, a Utah limited liability company, to this trust on or about April 9, 2026. Any creditor is required to present its claim to both the Grantors and the Trustees within 120 days from the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred.
