NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF Gerald M. and Patricia R. Gardetta Trust, dated April 21, 2022 Thomas J. Bayles, whose address is c/o ProvenLaw, PLLC, 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, is the Trustee of the Gerald M. and Patricia R. Gardetta Trust, dated April 21, 2022 (the "Trust"). Gerald M. Gardetta and Patricia R. Gardetta, Grantors of the Trust, died on November 4, 2025, and November 20, 2025. Utah Code Ann. § 75B-2-508 and 75-3-801, provide that any creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Estate of Gerald M. Gardetta and Patricia R. Gardetta must file their claim with Thomas J. Bayles, Trustee and attorney, at 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200, St. George, UT 84770 within three months after the date of first publication of this notice or be forever barred from presenting their claim.
