NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF The Ronald E. Leech Trust, dated March 11, 2011 Amy Barton and Michael Salyer, whose address is c/o ProvenLaw, PLLC, 216 W. St. George Blvd., Ste. 200 St. George, UT 84770, are the Trustees of The Ronald E. Leech Trust, dated March 11, 2011 (the "Trust"). Ronald Eugene Leech, Grantor of the Trust, died on March 10, 2026. Utah Code Ann. § 75B-2-508 and 75-3-801, provide that any creditor having a claim against the Trust or the Estate of Ronald Eugene Leech must file their claim with Amy Lynn Barton and Michael Salyer, Trustees, or Kelsey J. Haslam, attorney for Amy Lynn Barton and Michael Salyer, Trustees, at 216 W.
