STOCKTON PORT DISTRICT – NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (Regarding a 2026 EV-1 & GS-6 Electric Rate Schedule Amendments) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Stockton Port District shall conduct a public hearing on April 20, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) at 315 West Fyffe Avenue, Stockton CA 95203, for the purposes of hearing arguments for and against approving a rate increase to its EV-1 Electric Rate Schedule and contract term adjustments to its GS-6 Electric Rate Schedule for the West Complex. If adopted, the amended EV-1 & GS-6 Electric Rate Schedules, pursuant to Resolution No. XXXX, would become effective on July 1, 2026. RESOLUTION NO. XXXX A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS AUTHORIZING THE PORT DIRECTOR TO MAKE RATE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE EV-1 ELECTRIC RATE SCHEDULE AND CONTRACT TERM ADJUSTMENTS TO THE GS-6 ELECTRIC RATE SCHEDULE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2026 REGARDING ELECTRIC UTILITY SERVICES PROVIDED TO WEST COMPLEX CUSTOMERS OF THE STOCKTON PORT DISTRICT. Proposed Resolution No. XXXX and the revised EV-1 & GS-6 Electric Rate Schedules will be available for inspection beginning on April 15, 2026 at 315 West Fyffe Avenue, Stockton, CA, 95203, or online at www.portofstockton.com Any person interested may appear at the hearing and be heard on any matter relating to Proposed Resolution No. XXXX.
