Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2., notice is hereby given that Geological & Environmental Associates, Inc. has submitted to the Pa. Dept. of Environmental Protection, Northeast Regional Office, a Notice of Intent to Remediate and Final Report to demonstrate attainment of the Statewide Health Standards for the property located at 142 Timber Lane, Saylorsburg, Monroe County, Pa. Soil on the property was impacted with petroleum hydrocarbons. The remediation measures performed onsite were soil removal with offsite disposal and attained compliance with the Statewide Health Cleanup Standards established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
