646 Fairgrounds Road Gilbert, PA 18331   AMERICAN LEGION POST 927 BUILDING RAMP AND PARKING LOT REPAVING PROJECT CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS   Sealed Bids for the construction of improvements at the American Legion Post 927 located at 646 Fairgrounds Road, Gilbert, PA will be received online via the PennBid Program, by Chestnuthill Township, until 3 PM local time on February 25, 2026, when Bids will be opened and publicly available on Pennbid.   The opened bids will be considered and possibly awarded by the Township Board of Supervisors at its regular meeting scheduled for March 3, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Chestnuthill Township Municipal Building, 271 PA-715, Brodheadsville, PA 18322.   The Project consists of the Construction of a new building entrance including concrete landings, stairs and ramps, construction of a new building exit and other building improvements. Work also includes repaving a parking lot with some base repair, installing pavement markings and installing a pole mounted light.   Bids will be received for a single prime contract.
