NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hamilton Township Zoning Hearing Board (the “Board”) will hold a public hearing at the Hamilton Township Municipal Building, 229 Fenner Avenue, Sciota, PA 18354 commencing at 6:30 p.m. on the 21st day of January 2026 for the purpose of considering the application of Mayra Varela for dimensional setback variances from the setback standards set forth in Schedule II of the Hamilton Township Zoning Ordinance entitled “Regulations Governing the Size of Lots, Yards and Buildings for Permitted Uses”. The Applicant’s Property is located at 237 Strawberry Hill Road, Sciota, PA 18354. The Applicant proposes to construct a residential pole barn on the property which bears Tax Assessment Number 07.13.1.35 in the C (Commercial) Zoning District. The Applicant’s property is more fully described in a certain Deed which is Recorded in Monroe County Record Book 2662 Page 4436.   A copy of the Application is available for public inspection prior to the date of the hearing which inspection must occur at the Hamilton Township Municipal Building, 229 Fenner Avenue, Sciota, PA, 18354 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. prevailing time Monday through Friday on days which are not public holidays.
