Being the same property conveyed unto David Crespo and Mary Diane Crespo, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety by Deed from David Crespo, dated March 18, 2005 and recorded March 18, 2005 among the Land Records of Monroe County, State of Pennsylvania in Book 2219, Page 4236.

The said David Crespo died on January 15, 2024 thereby vesting title in Mary Diane Crespo by operation of law The said Mary Diane Crespo died on April 4, 2025 without a will or appointment of an Administrator, thereby vesting title in David Thomas Steele, Known Surviving Heir of Mary Diane Crespo and Unknown Surviving Heirs of Mary Diane Crespo by operation of law.
