Applicant seeks a dimensional variance to the 40 feet minimum front yard setback requirement Required by zoning ordinance schedule 27-I I in the R-1 zone. Applicant also seeks a variance to construct and unattached accessory structure in front of the principal structure as set forth at ordinance section 27-508.1 point b ( 2 ). Applicant proposes to construct a golf cart storage barn within 15 feet of the front yard of Hickory valley Rd.
