All proposals will be opened and read aloud on Monday, November 10, 2025, 10:15 AM EST. Proposals received after said time will be returned unopened. The specific retrofit includes, but may not be limited to, replacement of all windows and doors and ATS protection as indicated in the ITB 26-05 documents for a wing of the Gadsden County Community Hospital to serve as a Hurricane Special Needs Shelter. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 11:00 AM, EST, Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the project site located at the Gadsden County Community Hospital located at 23186 Blue Star Highway, U.S.90, Quincy, Gadsden County, Florida, The ITB 26-05 and any addendum issued will be posted on the County’s website at www.gadsdencountyfl.gov or can be obtained by contacting the County’s Procurement Office at procurement@gadsdencountyfl.gov.
