NOTICE OF ACTION
TO: THE HEIRS AND OR DEVISEES OF KAY FRANCES ALDAY a/k/a KAY F. ALDAY at last known address: unknown.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose on real and personal property located at in Leon County, Florida:
The land referred to herein below is situated in the County of LEON, State of Florida, and described as follows:
Parcel 1:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 27 in the Subdivision of Section 21, Township 1 North, Range 1 West as shown by plot of the same recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida, and run thence North along the East line of said lot 147.66 feet to a point, thence West 100 feet along a line 147.66 feet from and parallel to the North right of way of Tharpe Street to a point, thence South 147.66 feet along a line 100 feet from and parallel to the East line of said lot, thence East along the Northern boundary of Tharpe Street 100 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Parcel 2:
The East 100 feet of the South 220 feet of Lot 27 in the subdivision of Section 21, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, as shown by plat of the same recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4, of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida. EXCEPT any of the hereinabove described property which lies South of the following described line: Begin at a point 7.83 feet North of the Southwest corner of the aforesaid Lot No. 27 and thence run in an Easterly direction to a point 4.87 feet North of the Southeast corner of the aforesaid Lot No. 27.
Parcel 3:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 27 in the Subdivision of Section 21, Township 1 North, Range 1 West as shown by the plot of the same recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida, and run thence West 100 feet to the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning run thence North along a line 100 feet from and parallel to the Easterly boundary of said Lot a distance of 220 feet, thence run West along a line parallel to the Southerly boundary of said lot a distance of 35 feet, thence run South along a line 135 feet from and parallel to the Easterly boundary of said Lot to the Southerly boundary of said Lot, thence run East along the Southerly boundary of said Lot a distance of 35 feet to the Point of Beginning (the foregoing parcel also described as the South 220 feet of the West 35 feet of the East 135 feet of the said Lot 27).
Parcel 4:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 27 in the Subdivision of Section 21, Township 1 North, Range 1 West as shown by the plot of the same recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida and run thence North 220.00 feet to a point, thence run West 135.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. From said Point of Beginning run South 50.00 feet, thence West 149.82 feet to the East right of way line of Trimble Road, thence run along said right of way line North 00 degrees 09 minutes 12 seconds West 50.00 feet, thence leaving said right of way run East 149.95 feet to the Point of Beginning.
