YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose on real and personal property located at in Leon County, Florida: The land referred to herein below is situated in the County of LEON, State of Florida, and described as follows: Parcel 1: Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 27 in the Subdivision of Section 21, Township 1 North, Range 1 West as shown by plot of the same recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4 of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida, and run thence North along the East line of said lot 147.66 feet to a point, thence West 100 feet along a line 147.66 feet from and parallel to the North right of way of Tharpe Street to a point, thence South 147.66 feet along a line 100 feet from and parallel to the East line of said lot, thence East along the Northern boundary of Tharpe Street 100 feet to the Point of Beginning. Parcel 2: The East 100 feet of the South 220 feet of Lot 27 in the subdivision of Section 21, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, as shown by plat of the same recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4, of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida.
