FORECLOSURE NOTICE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Mortgage from JAMES WITHERSPOON SR AND LOUISE WITHERSPOON, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHT OF, SURVIVORSHIP to CHASE BANK USA, N.A., on the 6th day of July, 2005, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, on July 25, 2005, in Mortgage Book 2005, Page 65222, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama Records, said Mortgage having subsequently been transferred and assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-CH1 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH1, by instrument recorded in the aforesaid Probate Office; notice is hereby given that the undersigned Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of the J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2007-CH1 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-CH1, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse in Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, on June 11, 2026, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, to-wit:
LOT THIRTEEN (13), BLOCK B, OF SUTTON PLACE NO. 1, A MAP OR PLAT OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE 33, IN THE PROBATE OFFICE OF TUSCALOOSA COUNTY, ALABAMA, AND REFERENCE TO WHICH IS HEREBY MADE IN AID OF AND AS A PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
Said legal description being controlling, however the property is more commonly known as 5274 2ND AVE E, TUSCALOOSA, AL 35405.
