Notice of Completion In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama 1975, notice is hereby given that, Goldman Contractors, LLC, of 306 Bennett Road P.O. Box 1620 Livingston, Alabama, has completed the contract for 2019 Water System Improvements, ADEM DWSRF Project No. FS010253-01, Contract D: New Water Treatment Plant for the Buhl-Elrod-Holman Water Authority, Owner, and has made request for the final settlement for said contract. All persons having made any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project should immediately notify: The Cassady Company, 4700 Hwy 69 N, Northport, AL 35473 .
