TOWN OF LITTLE FALLS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LOCAL LAW #3-2025 AND A CHANGE OF THE DATE OF OCTOBER TOWN BOARD MEETING   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Local Law #3-2025 has been introduced by the Town Board of The Town of Little Falls to override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law 3-c. It is the intent of this local law to override the limit on the amount of real property taxes that may be levied by the Town of Little Falls pursuant to General Municipal Law § 3-c, and to allow the Town of Little Falls to adopt a budget for the fiscal year 2026 that requires a real property tax levy in excess of the “tax levy limit” as defined by General Municipal Law § 3-c. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board, of the Town of Little Falls, will hold a public hearing on said proposed law on October 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the town hall, Flint Avenue Extension, Little Falls, NY. At said hearing any persons may be heard in favor of or against any item contained therein.
