NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Moorpark, California, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Moorpark City Hall, located at 323 Science Drive, Moorpark, California, 93021.
At the conclusion of the public hearing, the City Council will consider adopting a resolution revising user and regulatory fees and charges for various City services based on Consumer Price Index (CPI) year-over-year changes for the period ended February 2026, as directed by City Council Resolution No. 2025-4309 adopted on April 16, 2025. A copy of the User and Regulatory Fee Study and the Proposed Fee Schedule is available and will be provided electronically for review upon request to City. Rates will become effective on July 1, 2026, following adoption.
Further, the City Council will consider adopting a resolution revising Development Impact Fees pursuant to Construction Cost Index (CCI) year-over-year changes for the period ended February 2026, as directed by City Council Ordinance No. 524 adopted on December 18, 2024. Rates will become effective on July 1, 2026, following adoption.
Further, the City Council will consider adopting a resolution revising staff Real Time Billing Rates included as part of the City’s Master Schedule of Fees and Services Charges based on the City’s revised salary schedule in Resolution No. 2026-4385 adopted on March 18, 2026. Rates would become effective on July 1, 2026, following adoption.
The proposed changes to the Schedule of Fees and Service Charges is available on the City’s website at https://moorparkca.gov/565/Fees, and may be reviewed at Moorpark City Hall, 323 Science Drive, Moorpark, CA 93021 during normal business hours.
