Project Description: The applicant requests approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to abate a violation to legalize unpermitted structures and authorize agricultural operations, a contractors’ service and storage yard, and a medium scale organics processing facility.

PROVIDING PUBLIC COMMENTS: Public comments may be provided using the following options:
• In Advance of Hearing-If you wish to submit your comments in advance of the meeting, please submit your comments to John Kessler, Case Planner, by email at John.Kessler@venturacounty.gov by 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, the day prior to the hearing. Please indicate in the Subject Line the Case number (i.e., Case Number PL21-0015).
• On Zoom During Hearing – You must be connected to the meeting prior to the close of the public comment period for the item you wish to speak on.
All Planning Director hearings are conducted on Zoom. Any person is privileged to attend in person to provide comments on this matter. Any person is privileged to attend and be heard on this matter. If you challenge the above described action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this Notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the County of Ventura at, or prior to, the public hearing. This project is not appealable to the Coastal Commission; therefore, a fee will be charged for appealing the decision.
