PUBLIC NOTICE INVITING BIDS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City of Barstow for the Athletic Field Sod Installation & Renovation Project. The Project generally consists of renovation of two (2) baseball fields, including removal of existing sod, grading and preparation, installation of new sod, infield improvements, and related work. Bids will be accepted for a period of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This Project is subject to California prevailing wage requirements. All bidders and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at the time of bid submission.
