NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Victor Elementary School District (“District”) will receive up to, but not later than 9:00 a.m. on May 13, 2026, sealed bids for the award of a contract for: Asphalt – West Side Sealed bids will be received at Victor Elementary School District, 12219 Second Avenue, Victorville, CA 92395 and shall contain one original copy. This package must be clearly labelled “Bid # 26-008 Asphalt – West Side” and include the legal name, address, Vendors contract person, and a telephone number on the outside of the package. Bids shall be delivered to the attention of Ashley Pele, Purchasing Manager, Victor Elementary School District. It is the sole responsibility of the Vendor submitting the bid to ensure that it is received by the District prior to the deadline time and due time and at the proper location. Unless this bid is extended by a written addendum, Bids received after 9:00 a.m. on the due date, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Only bids submitted on District forms and in accordance with the instructions in this package will be accepted. Bid documentswill be available beginning on April 22, 2026 at the location specified above, on the District’s website at www.vesd.net,or via email request to apele@vesd.net. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Job Walkon May 1, 2026 at 8:00 am. Starting location for the job walk will be the VESD Family Resource Center. Located at 15115 Nisqualli Rd. Victorville, CA 92395 As a condition of bidding and in accordance with the provisions of Section 20111.5 of the California Public Contract Code, prospective prime contract bidders are required to submit to the District proof of prequalification for the 2025-2026 calendar year OR a completed prequalification questionnaire and financial statement. All prequalification packets are to be submitted on Quality Bidders. All submissions must be completed by 4:00 p.m. on April 29, 2026. License Classification: Active A or C-12 Each bid must conform and be responsive to this notice and all other documents comprising the contract documents. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 2:00 p.m. on May 5, 2026. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned with the bid.
