Box 5054, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054-1539, an Answer to the Complaint and any Amended Complaints filed thereafter in a civil action, in which DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3 is Plaintiff, and REMIGIO TORRES, SR., HIS HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND HIS, HER, OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, et al. are Defendants pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within 35 days after October 4, 2025, exclusive of said date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules governing the courts.
You are further advised that if you cannot afford an attorney, you may call the Legal Services office in the county where you live. If you do not have an attorney and are not eligible for free legal assistance, you may obtain a referral to an attorney by calling the Lawyer Referral Services. This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a mortgage and recovering possession of the lands and premises described in a mortgage dated December 26, 2005, recorded in the Cumberland County Clerk’s Office on January 9, 2006, in Book 3865 Page 195, made by Remigio Torres, Sr. and Esperanza Torres to Home123 Corporation and covers real estate located at 523 North Sixth Street, Millville, New Jersey 08332, Lot 19 (FKA Lots 18, 19 & 20); Block 396.
YOU, CYNDIA MERCADO, child of Esperanza Torres, decedent, have been made a Defendant in this action for the purpose of foreclosing any interest you may have in the subject premises as an heir, devisee and/or beneficiary of decedent’s Estate.
YOU, KAREN M. REED, have been made defendant for any interest you may have in the subject premises by reason of a Judgment (DJ-230174-2008) entered in the Superior Court of New Jersey on September 23, 2008 against Ray Torres in the amount of $2,800.00, and for any right, title, claim, or interest you may have in, to, or against said mortgage premises. Said judgment remains unsatisfied of record and may be a lien against the premises being foreclosed herein.
