NOTICE OF HEARING
CITY OF MILLVILLE PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the application of New Jersey Motorsports Park Development Associates, LLC (“Applicant”), the City of Millville Planning Board shall conduct a public hearing on October 14, 2025, commencing at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be reached, at the Richard C. McCarthy Chamber, 4th floor of City Hall, 12 S. High St., Millville, NJ 08332 to consider the Applicant’s request for an amendment of the General Development Plan (the “GDP”) regarding the property located at 47 Warbird Drive, 2995 Dividing Creek Road and 1802 W Buckshutem Road and more particularly identified as Lots 1, 3 and 6 of Block 125.03 on the official tax map of the City of Millville (the “Property”). Specifically, the Applicant proposes to change the location of exotic car garages. The Property is located in the Sports and Entertainment District of the “I-3” Air Park Industry zone.
Through the GDP, the Planning Board approved a total of eleven (11) trackside villas on the Property. Thereafter, Applicant received approval to construct exotic car garages, rather than trackside villas. The Applicant now seeks to change the location of the exotic car garages. Although there is no variance relief associated with this request, the Applicant is requesting any and all waivers, variances, ordinance interpretations, and/or any other relief which may be deemed necessary by the City of Millville Planning Board in order to allow the proposed amendment to the GDP.
At the public hearing on October 14, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., at the Richard C. McCarthy Chamber, 4th floor of City Hall, 12 S. High St., Millville, NJ 08332, when the application is called, you may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney, and present any objection which you may have to granting the application. Copies of the application, plans, supporting documentation, and reports are available for inspection on the municipal website at http://www.millvillenj.gov/310/Planning.
