Change Order # 2 to the Competitive Contracting Request for Proposal for Providing Various Youth Services for the Cumberland County Youth Services Advisory Council; RFP # 24-10 Resubmission (1st Renewal)(Disposition); awarded to Center for Family Services, Inc., 584 Benson Street, Camden, NJ 08103; approved November 26, 2024; this change order increased the original contract amount of $25,000.00 by $18,000.00, or approximately 72.00% for a new contract sum of $57,000.00 (which had been increased by a previous change order by $14,000.00) (where the sum of all change orders result in an increase of 128.00%). This change order is required to add funds to ensure the agencies have enough funding for their programs through the end of the year.
