This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing the Tax Sale Certificate dated November 20, 2023, and sold by the Township of Fairfield, to PRO CAP 8 FBO FIRSTRUST BANK recorded in the Cumberland County Clerk's Office, on January 23, 2024, Book 4251, at Page 2710; to recover possession of and concerning real estate located at 263 Bridgeton Fairton Road, Township of Fairfield, NJ 08302, and being also known as Lot 30, and Block 28.06 on the tax map of the Township of Fairfield, County of Cumberland and State of New Jersey.
You, GERALD HYMAN; FIG AS CUSTODIAN FOR FIG NJ19, LLC AND SECURED PARTY; 341 CONNECTICUT LLC, are made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are the owner of record of the subject premises and any lien, claim or interest you or they may have in, to or against the premises being foreclosed herein by the Plaintiff.
